The Team

Meet our volunteers

Jessica Tailfeathers

Founder & CEO

Jessica Tailfeathers is a communications and digital marketing specialist with a talent in web and content development. Jessica uses a “research first” approach to her work and strives for clients to know “the why” behind best practices that drive projects and campaigns to success. Professional development is a hobby for Jessica, and over the past decade, she has dedicated her time to improving her skills and keeping up with rapid digital transformation and communications trends. More importantly Jessica wishes to make a real difference in this world. It starts by giving back her time to people who need it most with the skills she's accumulated over time. With that began Resumes for Mom and her additional volunteer experience with outside partners.

When she’s not at work, volunteering or taking a class, she’s with her family exploring cultural sites, or reading a new comic series that she can’t stop collecting.
